It is possible for you to return an item purchased and exchange it for a more suitable item. Product must be returned within 7 days of being delivered in order to be exchanged. A store credit will be issued on items that we are unable to replace. Inzzpire365 policy includes:

Jewellery must not be altered or damaged

Store Credit is non-transferable

If your purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit, the extra amount shall be paid before new item is shipped.

Store Credit never expires.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
